chathome.lu is an AI-native real estate search and listing platform operating in the Luxembourg market. The platform provides property search, AI-assisted listing enrichment, messaging between users and agents, and neighbourhood intelligence.
3. Accounts and use
You may browse without an account. To list properties, save searches, or message agents, you must create an account using a valid authentication method. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Listing responsibility
Listing owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their property information. chathome.lu uses AI to enrich listings with descriptions, tags, and metadata, but makes no guarantee of the completeness or accuracy of any AI-generated content.
5. AI-generated content disclaimer
Price estimates, vibe analyses, neighbourhood summaries, investment projections, and other AI-generated outputs are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional real estate, financial, legal, or tax advice. Users should seek independent professional advice before making property decisions.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform to: post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal listings; harass or impersonate other users; attempt to extract data or disrupt the service; or violate any applicable law.
7. Moderation and termination
chathome.lu reserves the right to remove listings, suspend accounts, or restrict access if these terms are violated or if content is flagged by our automated safety systems.
8. Limitation of liability
chathome.lu is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City.
