We believe the tools that help people find homes should be transparent, auditable, and fair. These are the principles we hold ourselves to.
Open methodology
We document how price estimates are calculated, how match scores work, and how neighbourhood data is sourced. No black boxes. The methods page and developer docs explain the logic.
Public pricing
Agents list for free in v1. Any change to pricing will be announced publicly, in advance, with a fair migration path. We will never introduce fees without notice.
