How ChatHome agency inventory snapshots work

Independent, not agency-authored

A page is ChatHome's independent snapshot of listings attributed to an agency on ChatHome. It is not an agency-authored profile, endorsement, certification, rating, ranking, or complete view of that agency's business.

Population and active-status rules

Version 1 covers Luxembourg or default-country agency-directory records that have at least one active listing, plus existing profiles. Foreign agencies are deferred to a separate Grande Région pass. A durable profile opt-out always wins over rebuild eligibility. Only status=active listings are computed. Disabled listings are terminal and receive no profile computation. A listing under agreement remains active, is visibly labelled, and stays in the snapshot until its source reports it unavailable.

Counts, denominators and normalization

The page stores the exact active total, sale and rental counts, the number with a known transaction type, normalized listing-location counts and their known denominator, and property-type counts with their known denominator. Locations describe current listing locations, never where the agency is based or areas it serves. Property types appear only when at least five active listings have a known type.

Agency-owned fields and sources

Name comes from the agency directory. A logo, official website or agency-written About text is shown only with field-level evidence from an agency-controlled source, a verified agency claim, or an admin review. Unproven phone, email, address, country, language and service-area claims are hidden rather than inferred.

Freshness and timestamps

factsComputedAt advances after every successful deterministic verification. contentUpdatedAt changes only when visible facts materially change and drives sitemap lastmod. sourceLastCheckedAt changes only after a genuine check of an agency-controlled source. A full-run absence beyond 36 hours alerts operators. After 72 hours, listing-derived claims are hidden, a stale notice appears, and the page becomes noindex,follow until refreshed.

Limitations

The snapshot may omit inventory not present on ChatHome and may briefly lag a source between ingestion and reconciliation. ChatHome does not publish price positioning, response performance, profile-completeness scores, ratings, reviews, rankings, specialist labels, comparative days-on-market claims, or AI-written agency descriptions here.

Corrections and verification

Anyone may report a factual error. Listing-derived errors are corrected at the earliest producer and reprocessed for active listings only; they are never manually guessed or backfilled. Only a verified representative may approve agency-owned identity or description fields. ChatHome acknowledges requests within two business days and aims to resolve them within five, or explains what remains to verify.

Profile removal is not inventory removal

A confirmed profile-removal request suppresses this page, removes it from sitemaps and directory surfaces, and submits its canonical URLs to IndexNow as deleted. Every listing remains searchable and unchanged. Removing all agency listings or content is a separate, explicit, verified high-impact workflow. Personal request data is retained for 180 days. After that, only the non-personal status, method and outcome audit is retained.

Optional links and equal treatment

An agency may copy a plain HTML link to its current ChatHome listings. It contains no script, remote image, tracking pixel or certification language. Linking never affects listing order, visibility, ranking, access or treatment. There is no reciprocal-link condition and no automated mass outreach.
