The code that implements them stays private, and review access is considered on request. We would rather state that boundary plainly than call ourselves something we are not.
When our AI states a number, it shows where the number came from and when it was last checked. Estimates carry their method and their margin of error. You should never have to take a figure on faith — and you should always be able to see how old it is.
Listing on ChatHome is free, and it stays free — not free for now, free as a commitment. We charge only for optional services an agency chooses to add, and you will know the price before you agree to anything. No surprise fees, no silent downgrades, no fine print written to be missed.
We use technical and organisational safeguards to protect conversations and restrict access. We collect only what the product genuinely needs, and we do not sell your personal data. Your search is your business, and no one else's.
No paid boosts, no featured slots, no sponsored placement — ever. That is why we can publish the ranking rules: we could not sell them without contradicting a page you can read. And we never sell buyer-side leads to a third party; an enquiry about a property goes to the agency responsible for it. No dark patterns, no manufactured urgency. The machine does the homework; you make the decision.
