There is no defensible single winner

A portal can be useful without being the largest, the most visited or the most complete. Those comparative claims require consistent, independently audited data, and this guide does not have that dataset. It therefore does not award a winner.

6. Before paying or signing, verify the advertiser, the property and the contract independently. A portal page is a starting point, not due diligence.
