commune_prices_latest
Latest sale and rental asking-price aggregates computed from active, catalog-visible residential listings, with labelled official cross-references. One row per Luxembourg commune, including communes with no publishable sample, so absence is explicit rather than silent.
32 columns · ChatHome active-listing corpus; official_* columns from Observatoire de l'Habitat / STATEC.
commune_sale_price_quarterly
Registered-transaction sale prices per commune and quarter from the Luxembourg land registry, as published by the Observatoire de l'Habitat. Suppressed cells are kept as rows with null prices and a stated suppression rule, so a gap is never mistaken for a zero.
19 columns · Observatoire de l'Habitat — Ministère du Logement (Publicité Foncière), via data.public.lu.
commune_rent_price_quarterly
Advertised rents per m² per month by commune, quarter, property type and dwelling-size bracket. The size bracket is part of the key: collapsing this series to one row per commune silently keeps an arbitrary slice, which is the most common way it gets misread.
9 columns · Observatoire de l'Habitat — Ministère du Logement (advertised rents), via data.public.lu.
commune_asking_price_annual
Advertised (asking) sale prices per commune, property type and calendar year. Unlike the registered-transaction series this covers houses as well as apartments, because an asking price needs no cadastral surface.
16 columns · Observatoire de l'Habitat — Ministère du Logement (prix annoncés, with IMMOTOP.LU), via data.public.lu.
commune_registry
The commune dimension every other table joins to: identifier, names in the five ChatHome locales, and canton. Published so a reuser never has to guess how two tables line up.
7 columns · ChatHome commune registry.
frontalier_belt_communes
The Lorraine communes ChatHome treats as the French cross-border residence belt, with the priority tier and commute corridor assigned to each. This is GEOGRAPHY, not prices. No cross-border price series is published, because none has been ingested — cross_border_source_status says exactly why, per country.
10 columns · French official commune registry (INSEE codes), enriched with ChatHome frontalier priority and corridor assignment.
cross_border_source_status
Why this dataset carries no French, Belgian or German price series yet: one row per evaluated official source, with its reachability, licence, finest geography and the specific obstacle. Publishing the gap is more useful than publishing a silence, and it lets a reuser judge whether the missing country matters for their question.
11 columns · ChatHome evaluation of the official Grande Région statistical publishers.
