This tool uses Luxembourg transactions, rules and rates. It can't give a reliable answer for a property in France, Belgium or Germany, so we'd rather say so than show you a number that looks right.
Luxembourg's Klimabonus scheme funds energy renovations and heat pumps; this ChatHome tool estimates the grants you may receive under the current government rates.

Klimabonus: pre-financing and deadlines
| Solar PV, with an optional jointly installed battery | Available now through a registered installer, who applies and deducts the subsidy and deposits from the final invoice. The advance-payment limit is 30% of the signed VAT-inclusive quote. A battery added alone to an existing system uses post-financing. |

| Insulation and heat pumps | Optional pre-financing for eligible invoices from 2027-01-01, through a registered intermediary. Insulation still needs prior approval before work starts. The aid plus the deposit must not exceed the final pre-VAT price; the solar deposit cap is not a blanket rule for these works. |
| Temporary enhanced amounts | For the covered heat-pump uplift: order by 2027-06-30, invoice by 2028-12-31. Other enhanced aids have their own prior-approval dates. This is not a universal expiry date for Klimabonus or pre-financing. |

Heat pumps
Heat-pump amounts run from 6000 euros to 12000 euros, depending on the heat-pump type and on whether a fossil boiler is replaced.
Energy advice
For a single-family house, the energy advice grant is 1700 euros.
