What does the total on this page include?
Only the aids that the calculator computes from your answers. Right now that is the Bëllegen Akt, and only when its inputs are confirmed. Other aids are listed without an amount and are not added to the total.
Why does the Bëllegen Akt show no amount?
The calculator needs the unused credit balance to be confirmed before it shows an amount. It does not assume a balance. For off-plan and new-build purchases, it does not calculate the credit at all.
What does 'Verified & calculated' mean?
The label appears only when the acquisition-cost engine marks the credit as confirmed. Otherwise the calculator shows the status and the working, but no headline figure.
How do I check the rent subsidy and the deposit guarantee?
Where a specialized calculator exists, the card links to it. This page does not compute those two aids.
Why do some aids say 'Calculator not available yet'?
