Rental Yield Benchmarks Across Luxembourg Communes
Compare rental yields across Luxembourg communes
BetaThis tool is still being refined. Treat results as guidance, not a binding financial assessment.
This tool uses Luxembourg transactions, rules and rates. It can't give a reliable answer for a property in France, Belgium or Germany, so we'd rather say so than show you a number that looks right.
Compare estimated gross yield, average rent per square metre and listing count for each commune, based on current listings.
The commune table
Each row shows one commune with its average rent per square metre, estimated gross yield, listing count and trend. At the top, choose all property types, apartments or houses.
Sorting and the national average
Click a column heading to sort by commune, rent per square metre, yield or listing count. The national average row sits above the commune rows.
Limited data and trend
A yield marked limited rests on few listings on the rent side or the sale side. The trend shows whether the commune's figures are rising, falling or stable.
Frequently asked questions
How is the estimated yield made?
It is the average rent per square metre, annualised, divided by the average price per square metre for the same commune and property type. A yield is shown only when both sides have listings.
Why can a commune show no yield?
A commune shows no yield when it has no listings on the rent side or the sale side. A missing value is never shown as zero.
